DPT File No. UD-225: 10 River Dredge Floating aggregate plant is equipped with a 10" dredge pump powered by a Caterpillar 3406B diesel engine. Classifying equipment includes a 10x40 Eagle tank and a 5x16 3-deck Pioneer screen. Electric power is provided by a 210-kw Cat 3406 genset and a 100-kw GM 6-71 genset. Dredging is augmented by a 6" Goulds jet pump, powered by a GM 8V-71 diesel. The ladder is 40' long. Located in Arkansas.
DPT File No. UD-300: 12" DMC-Refurbished Dredge This dredge was originally built by Assemblers, and is now at the DMC workshop for refurbishing/re-outfitting. It is equipped with a 12x12-36 dredge pump, with primary plant specifications to be determined. We can install power, winches, ladder, cutter system, etc. of customer's choice. Typically, we would install a low-time Cat 3412, rebuilt winches, etc. The hull is a one-piece configuration, measuring 50' x 15' x 4'. Delivery 4-6 months ARO.
DPT File No. UD-320: 10" Ellicott 370 Dredge This used Ellicott Model 370 is a rare find in today's used dredge market. Primary equipment includes 12x10 heavy-duty dredge pump, with Caterpillar 3406 main diesel engine. Dredge has been modified for enhanced production beyond standard Ellicott specs, including ladder extensions, additional side pontoons, and extra spuds for deeper operating depth. Also includes an extra Ellicott-rebuilt pump shell. Located near Omaha.
DPT File No. UD-324: 10" DMC Custom-Built Dredge Just completed, DMC Model HPC-250-MSPC, Mini-Sandpiper Custom Series Dredge is specially designed and built in response to requests for a dredge capable of shipping in two standard 40-ft containers. The hull is a three-piece, dismountable, bolt-connected unit, with a center section and two side pontoons. Despite its compact size, the primary plant is comprised of heavy-duty equipment a 12x10 GIW LSA30 dredge pump is powered by a 325-hp Caterpillar 3306 diesel engine, driving through an enclosed reduction gear. The assembled hull measures 38' x 13'6" x 4', with a 26' ladder assembly and DMC Hydra-Drive cutter. This excellent machine is now available from stock, located at DMC's Tennessee workshop.
DPT File No. UD-327: 10" Refurbished DSC Swinging-Ladder Dredge A highly-versatile "combination" dredge, capable of operating as a swinging-ladder machine for narrow channels, or with conventional swing configuration by fixing the ladder and "walking" the spuds. This dredge is equipped with a 10" Thomas Simplicity Series J30 dredge pump, powered by a reliable Caterpillar D-343TA diesel engine. Two 8,000-lb Pullmaster winches provide swing functions, while the ladder and spuds are raised and lowered via double-acting hydraulic cylinders. The 3-piece hull measures 32'6" x 20' x 5'6", with a 38'-long ladder. Inspection is now invited at DMC's Millersville, TN workshop, with delivery available in 4-6 weeks ARO. An excellent machine, reasonably priced.
DPT File No. UD-332: 10" DMC Ladder-Pump Dredge Built in the early 90's, this excellent DMC dredge has just become available for sale after service for the original owner in a Michigan gravel pit. The 10x10 GIW/Pearce ladder pump is powered by a Cummins N14 diesel engine, remanufactured in 2006. A Cummins 4-cylinder Irrigator engine powers the auxiliary systems. 70'-long catamaran-style pontoons support a 25' x 10' x 5' center section housing machinery and controls. A 40' bolt-on ladder extension provides the option to increase ladder length from 30' to 70'. Automated controls can be programmed to do as much or as little as desired. An outstanding machine, and a nice value in this price group.
