DPT File No. UD-316: 24” Ellicott Series 3000 Dredge – Heavy-duty “Super Dragon” model, features a 24” Ellicott pump with twin Cat D-399 diesels (2250 hp total). Auxiliary power is provided by a Cat D-398 (850 hp) for all hydraulic functions including cutter drive, and a Cat D-333/155-kw genset for electrical power. Assembled hull measures 116’ x 36’ x 8’; ladder is 74’ long. The owner reports typical production of 1300 yd³ (1000 m³) per hour. There are several separately priced components available in this package, including a walking spud assembly mounted on an 87’ idler barge coupled astern the main hull. The spud carriage allows 16’8” forward travel without resetting anchors. The idler barge also houses a 2000-hp 24" booster station. A 26" steel pipeline package is also available, as well as an impressive selection of support equipment including tender boats, a 20" dewatering pump, fuel barge, pipeline winch barges, etc. Serious prospects are encouraged to call DMC to arrange inspection in British Columbia. DPT File No. UD-317: 12” AMMCO Dredge – This standard model AMMCO Dredge was built in the '70s and then overhauled in 2004, with additional refurb work ongoing since that time. It is equipped with a Cummins main diesel engine and Caterpillar auxiliary power. The 43' long ladder allows dredging to a depth of 35'; the assembled hull measures 50' x 19'3" x 5'. Package includes a "tail-wagger" and a 25' workboat. Located in Michigan; Price Group C.

DPT File No. UD-318: Mud Cat Model SP-815 Auger Dredge – This very popular Mud Cat model was manufactured in the late '80s, but has been only lightly used, and remains in very good condition. The 6" recessed-impeller pump is powered by a 6-cylinder diesel engine, and operates at a depth of 15' maximum. Package includes 840 ft of 8" HDPE discharge pipe. Immediately available in Illinois; ask for photos. Price Group A.

DPT File No. UD-320: 10" Ellicott 370 Dredge – This used Ellicott Model 370 is a rare find in today's used dredge market. Primary equipment includes 12x10 heavy-duty dredge pump, with Caterpillar 3406 main diesel engine. Dredge has been modified for enhanced production beyond standard Ellicott specs, including ladder extensions, additional side pontoons, and extra spuds for deeper operating depth. Also includes an extra Ellicott-rebuilt pump shell. Located in the Omaha area. Price Group D.

DPT File No. UD-324: 10" DMC Custom-Built Dredge – Just completed, DMC Model HPC-250-MSPC, Mini-Sandpiper Custom Series Dredge is specially designed and built in response to requests for a dredge capable of shipping in two standard 40-ft containers. The hull is a three-piece, dismountable, bolt-connected unit, with a center section and two side pontoons. Despite its compact size, the primary plant is comprised of heavy-duty equipment – a 12x10 GIW LSA30 dredge pump is powered by a 325-hp Caterpillar 3306 diesel engine, driving through an enclosed reduction gear. The assembled hull measures 38' x 13'6" x 4', with a 26' ladder assembly and DMC Hydra-Drive cutter. This excellent machine is now available from stock, located at DMC's Tennessee workshop. Very reasonable in Price Group D.

DPT File No. UD-325: 12" DMC-Refurbished Ellicott Dredge – Here is another solid Ellicott machine now being refurbished by DMC. This one will be equipped with very low hour or rebuilt 16-cylinder GM diesel power and 14x12 GIW LSA36 pump. Assembled hull dimensions are 44' x 18' x 4.5', supporting a 36' ladder with DMC Hydra-Drive cutter system. A brand new cabin and controls will be installed. This dredge can be delivered in 3-4 months, and can be inspected at DMC's workshop in Tennessee. A nice buy in Price Group E.
